Our structure welcomes guests with five bedrooms of different types, designed to satisfy every need and guarantee an unforgettable stay. Our rooms are divided into three categories: Classic, Comfort and Suite, each characterized by a unique and welcoming design. The variety of choices offers the ability to customize your experience based on your preferences and needs.
The Classic Pomegranate
The Classic Melograno is approximately one large room 18 m² located on the ground floor and furnished in minimal style. Each Classic is equipped with a king size bed, private bathroom with shower, minibar, safe, air conditioning, heating and 43" Full HD TV.
The Classic also features a private patio placed immediately outside the bedroom. Comfort is also guaranteed by the details: towels, shower towel and Ortigia courtesy line: soap, shower gel and shampoo.
The Classic Amber
ThereClassic Amber It's about a large room 18 m² located on the ground floor and furnished in minimal style. Each Classic is equipped with a king size bed, private bathroom with shower, minibar, safe, air conditioning, heating and 43" Full HD TV.

The Classic also features a private patio placed immediately outside the bedroom. Comfort is also guaranteed by the details: towels, shower towel and Ortigia courtesy line: soap, shower gel and shampoo.
The Comfort Florio
The Comfort is approximately a large room 20 m², furnished with contemporary design elements and local details.

The Comfort room overlooks the back of the house and has a private garden. It is equipped with all the comforts to guarantee a quality stay: independent air conditioning, heating, safe, mini bar and 43" Full HD TV.

The bathroom features a large floor-level shower. Comfort is also guaranteed by the details: towels, shower towel and Ortigia courtesy line: soap, shower gel and shampoo.
The Prickly Pear Suite
The Dimora Calauriia Suite is designed for those who want comfortable environments while respecting their privacy. Approximately wide 25 m², equipped with bedroom, sitting room, private bathroom and double terrace, develops on the first floor of the structure and is furnished with contemporary design elements.

The Suite is equipped with all the comforts to guarantee a quality stay: independent air conditioning, double pillows, safe, mini bar and 43" Full HD TV. The bathroom consists of a large floor-level shower. The Dimora Calauriia Suite is designed for those who want comfortable environments while respecting their privacy. Approximately wide 25 m², equipped with bedroom, sitting room, private bathroom and double terrace, develops on the first floor of the structure and is furnished with contemporary design elements.
