The Balata it is an apartment on the first floor of the structure in via Marzamemi 47 in the center. AND wide approximately 50 m2. It consists of entrance hall, living room/kitchen, terrace facing the sea, bathroom and a double bedroom.
It is equipped with a hot/cold air conditioning system, 32' Smart TV, coffee machine, washing machine, phone, gas hob and crockery.

La Salina
