THE BALATA

La Balata is an apartment located on the first floor of the structure in via Marzamemi 47 in the center. It's about 50 sqm wide. It consists of entrance, living room/kitchen, terrace facing the sea, bathroom and a double bedroom.

It is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning system, 32' Smart TV, coffee machine, washing machine, phone, gas hob and dishes.

Each apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels including the courtesy set of the line Nymphae (Shower Gel & Hair Shampoo).
